(1) Gabon, Congo, s. Zaire, and c. Angola.
(2) Uganda, Rwanda, w. Kenya, Tanzania including Zanzibar and Mofia Is., n. Malawi, n. Mozambique, n. Zimbabwe, Zambia, n. Namibia, n. Botswana, and Angola.
(3) Se. Zambia, s. Zimbabwe, s. Mozambique and South Africa (ex. e. Transvaal, e. Swaziland, and n. Natal).
