(1) Ethiopia and se. Sudan, e. Zaire, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, and n. Malawi.
(2) N. Botswana, e. Zimbabwe, sc. Mozambique, and high mountains of South Africa (Natal and Lesotho).
