(2) Se. New Guinea (Victor Emanuel Mountains, Cyclops Mountains, Herzog Mountains, and se. ranges) and ex. ne. Australia (ex. ne. Queenaland, ne. Cape York Peninsula and Atherton area).
(3) Sc. New Guinea(?) and ne. Cape York Peninsula at the Iron Range National Park along Portland Road e. of Coen s. to Claudie River.
