(1) S. Burma, c. and s. Thailand, Malay Peninsula, Cambodia, s. Vietnam and Sumatra including the Riau Archipelago, Lingga Archipelago, Bangka Is. and Belitung Is., and Borneo including the Baratua group.
(2) Java, Bali, and Lombok.
(3) Philippines including Palawan and Sulu Archipelago.
