Mountains of se. Turkey and Armenia to ex. sw. Iran. Possibly also ex. ne. Iraq.
Winters in ne. Africa (e. Egypt, Sinai, s. Arabian Peninsula, e. Sudan, Eritrea, and ne. Somalia).
