(1) Sw. Angola (Benguela Province).
(2) Botswana, sw. Zimbabwe and ne. South Africa (w. Transvaal, n. Cape Province).
(3) N. and c. Namibia.
(4) S. Zimbabwe, w. Orange Free State and South Africa (s. Transvaal to n. Cape Province).
