(1) S. Sudan and s. Ethiopia, s. Somalia, Zaire, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya (Mt. Gargues and Mt. Endau), Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique.
(2) E. Nigeria, s. Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Central African Republic, and n. Angola.
(3) E. South Africa (e. Transvaal, e. Swaziland, coastal Natal and se. Cape Province).
