(1) C. Himalayas from c. Nepal, ne. India (Arunachal Pradesh, Cachar Hills, and Nagaland), sw. China, Burma, nw. Thailand, and c. Vietnam (Annam).
(2) Malaya, Sumatra and Borneo.
