(1) N. Senegambia, Mauritania, and Mali.
(2) Senegambia and Niger. Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Lake Chad region to s. Sudan, c. Ethiopia and s. Somalia, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, w. and c. Kenya, Tanzania, Zaire, ne. Zambia, Malawi, and Mozambique.
(3) Sw. Angola, n. Namibia, sw. Botswana, sw. Zambia and Malawi.
(4) Coastal e. Tanzania, Mozambique, e. South Africa (Natal) and Zanzibar Is.
