Fragmented distribution;
(1) Highlands of Ethiopia.
(2) Sc. Ethiopia (Bale Mountains).
(3) S. Sudan, Uganda (Didinga Mountains, Imatong Mountains), w. and c. Kenya, ne. and s. Tanzania, se. Zaire (Marungu Highlands), Malawi, and perhaps Zambia.
(4) Se. Zaire (nw. of Lake Tanganyika, and Itombwe Highlands).
(5) S. Tanzania (Matengo Highlands).
