S. Europe and nw. Africa;
(1) Sw. Europe (w. Mediterranean Basin from Spain to Italy).
Winters in w. Africa (Senegal and Chad).
(2) W. Mediterranean Is. (Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia), n. and c. Italy, perhaps also se. France.
(3) Nw. Africa from Morocco to Tunisia and nw. Libya?.
Winters from Senegal to w. Niger.
(4) Se. Europe (e. Mediterranean Basin, Crete, and Aegean Sea islands) from the Balkan Peninsula to w. Turkey.
Winters in Sahara oases and Arabia.
