C. Asia;
(1) Sw. Siberia in s. Sayan Mountains and Altai Mountains, Turkestan, s. and e. Kazakhstan, w. and c. China (Szechwan), ne. Afghanistan, n. India (Kashmir e. to Arunachal Pradesh).
Winters in ne. India (Assam, Manipur, and Nagaland) and Bangladesh.
(2) Sikkim, se. Tibet and w. China (Yunnan).
Winters in Burma, Indochina, Hainan and Taiwan.
