(2) Zaire to w. and c. Ethiopia, Uganda, Rawand, Burundi, w. and c. Kenya, and Tanzania.
(3) Angola, s. Zaire and Zambia.
(4) S. Tanzania, Malawi, e. Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and n. South Africa (Transvaal, Swaziland, e. Natal, and ex. e. Cape Province).
