(1) E. Zaire (nw. of Lake Tanganyika).
(2) Highlands of w. and c. Kenya.
(3) Ne. Zambia, sw. Tanzania, and ex. se. Zaire.
(4) C. and ne. Angola, s. Zaire, and w. Zambia.
(5) Zimbabwe, highlands of w. Mozambique, summer-rainfall area of South Africa (ex. wc. and nw. Cape Province).
