Central America;
Fragmented distribution;
(1) Ec. Mexico (s. Tamaulipas, Hidalgo, Veracruz, Mexico, Puebla).
(2) S. Mexico (n. and se. Oaxaca and Chiapas) and e. Guatemala.
(3) Honduras.
(4) Nicaragua, Costa Rica and w. Panama e. to Veraguas.
