(3) W. Angola (Quicolungo, Gebela).
(4) S. Sudan.
(5) Se. Central African Republic, ne. Zaire, Uganda and w. Kenya.
(6) Rwanda and Burundi.
(7) C. Kenya e. of Rift Valley.
(8) W. Tanzania (Mt. Kungwe).
(9) Se. Zaire (Upemba National Park), and sw. Tanzania (Ufipa Plateau).
