(1) Ne. Colombia, n. Venezuela and Trinidad.
(2) E. Colombia and w. Venezuela.
(3) N. Amazonian and e. Brazil, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana to e. Bolivia.
West Indies (s. Lesser Antilles):
(4) St. Vincent.
(5) Grenada.
