Range

C. to s. Central America;
Three populations;
(1) Se. Mexico (se. Oaxaca and c. Chiapas) and Guatemala.
(2) El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
(3) Costa Rica and w. Panama (Bocas del Toro and Chiriqui).
