Range

C. and s. Central America;
(1) S. Mexico (ex. e. Oaxaca and Chiapas) s. along the Pacific slope in Guatemala, Belize, Honduras (Mosquitia Is.), El Salvador and Nicaragua.
(2) El Salvador.
(3) Both slopes of Panama e. to Colon and e. Panama Province.
