Two or three populations;
(1) W. and c. Mexico (Mexico, Morelos, and w. Puebla).
(2) Sw. Mexico.
(3) S. Mexico.
(4) S. Mexico, Guatemala and w. El Salvador.
(5) Guatemala.
(6) El Salvador and w. Honduras.
(7) Nicaragua and nw. Costa Rica.
