(1) Ec. Mexico (e. San Luis Potosi, Veracruz, n. Puebla, Tabasco).
(2) S. Mexico (s. Veracruz and n. Oaxaca), Belize, and Guatemala.
(3) S. Mexico (s. Campeche, Chiapas) to ne. Nicaragua.
(4) Caribbean slope of Costa Rica to wc. Panama.
(5) N. Colombia (Santa Marta region).
(6) N. Colombia and nw. Ecuador.
(7) Lowlands of ne. Colombia.
