C. Central America;
Restricted range;
Caribbean slope of se. Nicaragua s. from ca. San Juan del Norte, and Costa Rica reaching the Pacific slope of some volcanoes, and w. Panama to w. Bocas del Toro. Recently recorded in e. Honduras.
