Sw. Canada and w. United States s. to s. Central America;
(1) Sw. Canada (sc. British Columbia, s. Alberta, and s. Saskatchewan) through the w. United States from w. North Dakota and w. South Dakota s. along the e. slope of the coastal ranges in Washington, Oregon and n. California e. to w. Nebraska, w. Kansas, w. Oklahoma, c. and s. Texas to n. and c. Mexico (sw. Tamualipas and s. in the central highlands).
(2) Guadeloupe Is.
(3) San Benito Is.
(4) Formerly in the Revillagigedo Is. (San Benedicto Is.).
(5) Se. Mexico to Honduras.
(6) El Salvador to nw. Costa Rica.
