(2) N. and c. Mexico.
(3) S. Mexico (e. Chiapas) , sw. Guatemala, ne. and se. Honduras to nw. Nicaragua
(4) S. Mexico.
(5) Costa Rica and w. Panama (Chiriqui and Veraguas).
