(1) Nw. India (Garhwal and Himachal Pradesh) e. to foothills of the e. Himalayas and hill tracts of s. China (se. Tibet and Yunnan), Burma, nw. Thailand, n. and c. Laos.
(2) Uplands of s. Burma (n. and c. Tenasserim) and Peninsular Malaysia.
(3) Uplands of s. China (Guizhou and Guangxi e. to Jujian), n. and c. Vietnam s. to s. Annam.
(4) Uplands of Hainan Is.
