C. to sw. Philippines;
Several island populations;
(1) Samar, Biliran, Leyte, Panaon, Dinagat, Siargao, Bucas, w. and c. Mindanao.
(2) Sulu Archipelago (Jolo, Tawi-Tawi, Sanga Sanga, and Bongao).
(3) Camiguin South Is.
