Philippines;
Many island populations;
(1) Luzon, Corregidor, Fortune, Lubang, Polillo, Calagua Is., Marinduque, Banton, and Catanduanes.
(2) Ticao, Masbate, Carabao, Borocay, Panay, Gigantes, Calagna-an, Sicogon, Bantayan, Guimaras, Negros and Verde.
(3) Samar, Buad, Balut, Biliran, Leyte, Cebu, Olango, Mactan, Bohol, Panaon, Calicoan, c. and e. Mindanao, Cabo, Talicud, and Pujada.
(4) Mindoro and Semirara.
(5) Burias.
