Range

Sc. United States and ne. Mexico. C. Mexico. S. Florida. West Indies (Greater Antilles);
Five populations;
(1) Sc. United States (s. Arizona, s. New Mexico, w. and s. Texas), and nc. Mexico s. to s. Chihuaha, e. Durango, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosi, and w. Tamaulipas). This race is rapidly expanding it range.
Winters s. to Guatemala.
(2) Se. Mexico (c. Chiapas, n. Yucatan Peninsula, and Quintana Roo).
(3) Ex. se. United States (s. Florida) and Cuba including the Isle of Pines.
(4) Jamaica.
(5) Hispaniola and Gonave Is. I.-a-Vache.
(6) Puerto Rico, Tortue Is., and Vieques.
