Baja) and e. in the United States s. to West Virginia, se. Pennsylvania, w. Connecticut and ne. Massachusetts with local populations in s. North Carolina and s. Florida (vicinity of Lake Okeechobee).
Winters s. through Central America to c. and ec. South America.
