Four populations;
(1) C. and se. Panama, nw. Colombia to ex. nw. Ecuador.
(2) E. Peru, e. Ecuador, s. Colombia, se. Venezuela, Guyana(?), Surinam, Guiana, w. Amazonian Brazil, e. Ecuador, e. Peru to n. Bolivia (Pando and La Paz).
(3) Coastal e. Brazil (ne. Bahia, Espirito Santo, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo).
