Range

N. Australia;
Two populations;
(1) Nw. Western Australia in nw. Kimberley Division (Napier Broome Bay s. to Prince Regent River) and Augustus Is. and islands in the Admiralty Gulf.
(2) N. Northern Territory on Melville Is. and at Howard Springs and East Point near Darwin, Fogg Dam, Stag Creek in Kakadu National Park e. to Groote Eylandt including Tiwi Is.
