(1) Caribbean slope of Belize, e. Guatemala and Honduras and both slopes s. from Nicaragua, Costa Rica to Panama.
(2) N. Colombia.
(3) W. Colombia and nw. Ecuador.

(5) Venezuela, Trinidad, Tobago, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and n. Brazil.
(6) W. Amazonia in e. Ecuador, e. Peru and n. Bolivia.
(7) E. Brazil (Bahia (Chapada Diamantina)).
