Range

E. tropical South America;
Three populations;
(1) Se. Venezuela, w. Guyana and ex. n. Brazil in the lower Amazon region.
(2) E. and s. Brazil (Bahia (Chapada Diamantina)), e. Bolivia, Paraguay, n. and e. Uruguay and n. Argentina.
