Amazonian South America. Ne. South America;
Two populations;
(1) E. of the Andes in Colombia, ex. e. Ecaudor, e. Peru, n. Bolivia and n. Amazonian Brazil.
(2) S. Venezuela, Guyana and sw. Surinam.
