Range

S. South America and the Falkland Is.;
Two populations;
(1) Peru, Bolivia to s. Chile and s. Argentina.
(2) Falkland Is.
Winters n. to coastal Peru (trujillo), sw. Bolivia, ne. Argentina (Entre Rios, Buenos Aires) and Uruguay.
