C. Central America and e. tropical South America;
(1) Mexico from c. Vercruz, n. Oaxaca and Chiapas s. along both slope and including the Yucatan Peninsula and Isla Mujeres to Panama including Coiba Is. and Taboga Is.
(2) Colombia, Venezuela (Margarita Is. and Patos Is.), Trinidad, Tobago, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, Ecuador, n. and e. Peru, Brazil (Bahia (Chapada Diamantina)) and c. Bolivia to e. Paraguay and n. Argentina. West Indies: s. Lesser Antilles on Grenada, Grenadines and St. Vincent.
(3) W. Ecuador including Puna Is. and nw. Peru.
(4) Pearl Is. off Panama.
