(1) Sc. Mexico (c. Veracruz, n. Oaxaca, Tabasco).
(2) S. Mexico (Campeche, Quintana Roo and Isla Mujeres) s. along both slopes to Panama.
(3) C. and e. Costa Rica and Panama including Isla Coiba.
(4) Sw. Colombia, w. Ecuador and nw. Peru.
(5) S. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and n. Brazil.
(6) E. Ecuador, n. and e. Peru.
(7) C. Brazil, n. and e. Bolivia (Santa Cruz) and n. Paraguay.
