E. of the Andes in upper and middle Amazonian South America;
S. Colombia (Amacayacu National Park), s. Venezuela, w. Guyana, e. Ecuador, e. Peru (Rio Tavara, Puno) to n. and e. Bolivia and ne. Amazonian Brazil.
