Restricted range;
(1) C. Andes of Colombia (e. slope of the Andes in Huila).
(2) W. Ecuador (e. slope of Andes in w. Napo, Hacienda Aragon, e. Napo and the Mindo-Nambillo Forest). (3) E. Ecuador.
