C. Central America, nw., Amazonian and e. South America;
Three populations;
(1) Caribbean slope of ne. Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and both slopes of Panama to w. Colombia and w. Ecuador.
(2) Nw. Amazonia in e. Ecuador.
(3) E. Peru and w. Amazonian Brazil.
(4) Venezuela, Trinidad, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and n. Brazil.
(5) Se. Peru, n. and e. Bolivia.
(6) E. Brazil (e. Bahia).
