(1) E. of the Andes in e. Colombia.
(2) S. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, n. Brazil.
(3) E. Ecuador, ne. Peru and w. Amaznonian Brazil.
(4) N. Peru.
(5) E. Peru and w. Amazonian Brazil.
(6) W. Bolivia.
(7) E. Bolivia and sw. Brazil.
