Range
C. Amazonian South America;
Two main populations with a third very small population in w. extremity of its range;
(1) Ne. Peru (Quebrada Oran, Loreto).
(2) Se. Colombia (Guainia s. to Caqueta), sw. Venezuela (sw. Amazonas) to nw. Amazonian Brazil (tributaries of the Rio Negro and its s. bank s. to the n. bank of the Rio Ica).
(3) N. Amazonian Brazil from the lower Rio Negro e. to Rio Trombetas.
(4) E. and s. Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and adjacent ne. Brazil (ne. Roraima and Rio Trombetas e. to Amapa).
