C. Central America to nw. South America;
Two populations;
(1) Along the Caribbean slope of e. Guatemala (Peten), Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua and both slopes of Costa Rica.
(2) Sw. Costa Rica and w. Panama.
(3) E. Panama and nw. Colombia.
(4) N. Colombia.
