E. Brazil across s. tropical South America to Bolivia;
C. Brazil (Maranhao, Ceara, Piaui, Paraiba s. to Mato Grosso, Goias, Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais and Bahia (Chapada Diamantina)), e. and se. Bolivia, Paraguay and nw. Argentina (n. Salta, se. Jujuy).
