(2) Lowlands and foothills of w. Amazonia in se. Colombia, e. Ecuador, e. Peru, n. Bolivia and w. Amazonian Brazil (e. to Rio Negro and Rio Madeira and s. to Mato Grosso).
(3) C. Brazil s. of the lower Amazon from Rio Tapajos e. to Rio Xingu and s. to n. Mato Grosso).
(4) Subtropical zone to lower temperate zone in Andes and Pereija Mountains of e. Colombia s. to Cauca, nw. and w. Venezuela (Zulia, n. Barinas s. to Tachira).
(5) Highlands in subtropical and lower temperate zones of c. and se. Costa Rica and Pacific slope of w. Panama.
