(1) Nw. United States w. of the Cascades and Sierra Nevada from nw. Oregon and cs. Washington s. to n. Baja.
(2) S. Baja.
(3) Sw. United States (n. Arizona, n. New Mexico, w. Texas to c. Mexico (Nuevo Leon and sw. Tamaulipas).
(4) Se. Mexico to Belize.
(5) S. Mexico to e. Honduras, ne. Nicaragua.
(6) Nicaragua to Costa Rica and w. Panama.
(7) Colombia.
