C. and se. Africa;
Highly fragmented distribution;
(1) se. Nigeria, c. Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Cabinda and n. Angola to Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique and e. South Africa.
(2) Central African Republia, Zaire to sw. Sudan, Rwanda, Burundi and w. Uganda.
(3) Ethiopia.
