(2) Pacific slope of e. Panama to wc. Colombia.
(3) E. Colombia to Venezuela.
(4) Nw. Venezuela.
(5) Guyana, Surinam and Guiana.
(6) Upper Amazonia in e. Ecuador, e. Peru, n. and e. Bolivia and w. and c. Amazonian Brazil).
