Range
Ce. and s. tropical Africa;
Two populations;
(1) Sw. Sudan (Rio Boro), e. Uganda and w., s. and se. Kenya, cn. and ec. Tanzania.
(2) C. Angola, s. Zaire, s. Malawi, se. to ec. Zimbabwe and adjacent c. Mozambique and possibly in Zambia and Botswana.
