Range

N., c. and e. tropical South America;
Three or four populations;
(1) C. Colombia(?), Venezuela, Trinidad, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and nw. Amazonian Brazil.
(2) C. and s. Brazil (Bahia).
(3) N. Colombia to nw. Venezuela.
(4) Colombia and w. Venezuela and w. Amazonian Brazil to n. Bolivia.
The Orange-breasted Toucan occurs in e. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana.
